Refund, return or exchange of the product price
We guarantee that all our roses are of the highest quality and, if planted properly, will root 100%.
If a product does not root or develop properly during the warranty period, we will replace it or refund the price. If this happens, please notify us by email with the following documents attached:
- the label of each rose
- copy of the order
- photos of the products
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving the product to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@famousroses.eu. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. We will not accept products returned without a return request.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product so that we can evaluate the error and repair it.
Exceptions / non-refundable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific product.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund sale items or gift certificates.
Exchange
The fastest way to get what you're looking for is to return the existing product and purchase the new product separately after the return is accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund using the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue your refund.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the money if delivery to the delivery address provided in the order has been attempted 2 times and the recipient was not found at the address and could not be contacted.
Comment
A product can only be exchanged for another product of the same type. We will not exchange or refund products that have not been cared for or planted according to our instructions.
